What we do
We’re a specialised driveshaft workshop and also a vehicle service. We repair, refurbish and dynamically balance driveshafts so the vehicle runs smoothly and vibration‑free after the repair.
Every repair starts with diagnostics and a clear agreement on the right solution. Typical symptoms include vibrations, knocking, driveline play, damaged flanges, U-joints and bearings.
🔧 Why we don’t weld U‑joints
For U‑joint replacement we use factory‑style staking/peening. This method keeps the U-joint seated correctly in the yoke and ensures proper function and long service life.
Welding U-joints causes localized overheating, dimensional distortion and damage to the bearing seats. This can lead to recurring vibrations or premature failure, so we don’t use this method.
Every workshop uses its own repair methods. We use procedures that are technically correct, long-term reliable and gentle on components.
